We recently attended the Regional Finals of the Great British Care Awards in Brighton, where we were finalists in the Care Employer and Care Team categories.

What we hadn’t realised was that our Positive Vybez volunteers had also been shortlisted—and went on to win the 2025 Regional Unpaid Carer Award.

This recognition reflects the commitment they bring to our inclusive club nights. From planning and preparation to creating a welcoming atmosphere and staying late to clear up, they give their time and energy to ensure people feel included and celebrated.
