As a Deputy Manager at Positive Solutions Kent CIC, she is dedicated to promoting independence, choice, and empowerment for the individuals she supports. Throughout the many changes in the sector, she has had the privilege of witnessing and contributing to truly inspiring success stories, reinforcing her passion for making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Vicky is the organisation’s Restraint Reduction Lead, having completed a diploma specialising in reducing restrictive practices. She is committed to minimising interventions and promoting person-centred active support, ensuring individuals have greater involvement, choice, and freedom in their daily lives. Her approach prioritises dignity, respect, and creating opportunities for people to develop their skills and confidence.

With a specialist interest in capable environments and sensory input, Vicky understands the profound impact that the right environment can have on well-being, behaviour, and engagement, and she works to implement best practices that support individuals in feeling safe, comfortable, and empowered.
