Sarah joined Positive Solutions Kent CIC in January 2024 as a Senior Support Worker and was quickly promoted to Deputy Manager. With nearly 15 years of experience in the care sector, she has worked across a variety of settings, including residential care, supported living, and outreach services, developing a strong foundation in person-centred support.

A passionate advocate for equality and diversity, Sarah takes pride in upholding the company’s core values, ensuring inclusive and high-quality care for all. She holds a Level 2 qualification in British Sign Language (BSL) and has a natural skill and flow when communicating with BSL users, creating meaningful connections and enhancing accessibility within the service.

Currently preparing to begin her Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care, Sarah continues to expand her expertise, striving to enhance the quality of support provided to individuals and the wider community.
