With over 25 years of experience in the adult learning disability sector, Beccie has worked across domiciliary, residential, and complex services. Passionate about staff development and empowering individuals, she is dedicated to ensuring the people she supports have a voice and limitless opportunities.

A BSL Level 2 user and currently studying for a qualification in Positive Behaviour Support, Beccie is always seeking creative ways to capture information and communicate effectively. She champions inclusion, self-expression, and informed choice, encouraging staff to “think outside the box” and consider their impact in support roles.

As the founder of Positive Vybez—Thanet’s only inclusive yet exclusive club night for adults with additional needs—Beccie brings energy and innovation to promoting social inclusion. When not leading the way in care, she can be found on the dance floor, glow sticks in hand!
