With over 15 years of experience in the care sector, Paul is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those he supports as a Senior Support Worker. Paul’s love for reading keeps him exploring new perspectives, enhancing his knowledge, and deepening his understanding of the diverse needs of those he supports. Recently, he completed a diploma focused specifically on Autism, further equipping him with the skills to provide tailored and person-centred care. Additionally, as a Level 1  communicator, he is committed to expanding his signing abilities to improve accessibility and communication for those who use BSL.
