With 18 years of experience in the social care sector, Maddy has developed extensive expertise in supporting individuals with additional needs and leading teams. Progressing through various roles—including Support Worker, Senior, Team Leader, and Deputy Manager—she has gained a deep understanding of all aspects of care delivery, team management, and person-centred support.

As Deputy Manager and Wellbeing Lead at Positive Solutions Kent CIC, Maddy is dedicated to promoting an environment where both staff and people we support feel valued, empowered, and cared for. She actively provides information and guidance on support networks, mindfulness techniques, and practical well-being strategies, ensuring that mental and emotional health are a priority.

Maddy is also a passionate advocate for joy and self-expression, avidly supporting Positive Vybez – PSK’s club night for adults with additional needs. She firmly believes that a good dance can be a powerful mood enhancer and can often be found leading by example on the dance floor, promoting movement, fun, and community connection as essential elements of well-being.

Holding a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Social Care and a Level 1 qualification in British Sign Language (BSL), Maddy is committed to prioritising the unique needs, preferences, and goals of those she supports, ensuring a culture of compassion, professionalism, and empowerment.
