With over 20 years of experience in the care sector, Jason has built a strong foundation in both frontline support and leadership. His career has been driven by a passion for empowering individuals and guiding teams to provide high-quality, person-centred care. As a Service Manager at Positive Solutions Kent CIC, he is committed to promoting a supportive and professional environment where both staff and the people receiving care can thrive.

Jason also plays a role in staff development, offering support to team members as they work toward their diplomas. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, he serves as the organisation’s Data Protection Lead, overseeing compliance and safeguarding sensitive information to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and security.

His commitment to inclusion extends to communication, holding a Level 2 qualification in British Sign Language (BSL), which enables him to engage more effectively with a diverse range of individuals. He also holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care, equipping him with the expertise to lead with confidence and integrity.
