With over 20 years’ experience in the social care sector, Fred is the Training & Development Lead at Positive Solutions Kent alongside his main role as a Deputy Manager. Starting his career as a Support Worker he has supported adults with sensory loss, learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs. Committed to empowering individuals, Fred champions continuous learning to enhance care quality and promote independence.

Qualified in British Sign Language (BSL) Level 2 and pursuing a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management of Adult Social Care, Fred is dedicated to professional growth, ensuring services evolve to meet diverse needs.
