Debbie is the Operations Director and driving force behind Positive Solutions Kent CIC, bringing over 25 years of experience in managing complex, specialist care services for adults. Inspired to create services that break the mould, she has successfully developed a truly person-focused model, ensuring care is tailored to individual needs.

Debbie’s extensive expertise and strong relationships across various agencies enable seamless collaboration in delivering exceptional support. Her “can-do” approach inspires the entire team to strive for excellence. Qualified in British Sign Language (BSL) Level 2,  Health & Social Care and Management Level 5 she remains dedicated to breaking barriers and creating opportunities for the people we support .
